A pleasant 10-minute walk from the Corcovado railway station, this gastrobar is run by talented young chef Gabriel Carvalho, who has worked at some of the best restuarants in the city. Food is a main focus—try the bolinha da bacalhau 90%, a version of the classic cod-and-potato ball that comes with more fish and less filler than standard. There are good cocktails, including one made with cashew, gin, and tonic. It’s a small space, so things get full quickly—come early if you want a seat.
